1. I understand that my session is not booked until my retainer has been paid and my session date and time are confirmed by Micala.

2. I understand that the retainer for my session is non-refundable and that all sales are final.

3. I understand that if I am more than 20 minutes late for my session, reschedule within less than 72 hours, or cancel my session, that I forfeit my retainer.

4. I understand that my session balance is due the day of my session and can be paid by cash, PayPal, or Zelle.

5. I understand that Micala Austin Photography retains all copyright to the images and you grant Micala Austin the right to use and publish content from your photography session to promote its service, including but not limited to portfolio, website, display, advertisement, and editorial use.
